Jungian Analysis
Deep Analytical Work with Unconscious Material
Jungian analysis is an intensive form of depth psychology that explores the unconscious through dreams, active imagination, and symbolic material. This approach supports individuation—the process of becoming who you truly are, integrating both conscious and unconscious aspects of personality.
Understanding Jungian Analysis
Jungian analysis, developed by Carl Gustav Jung, is a comprehensive approach to psychological healing that recognizes the profound wisdom contained within the unconscious mind. Unlike other therapeutic approaches, Jungian analysis views symptoms and difficulties as meaningful communications from the psyche.
This depth-oriented approach works with dreams, fantasies, artistic expressions, and the symbolic language of the unconscious. We explore not only your personal history but also the archetypal patterns that connect you to the broader human experience.
The goal of Jungian analysis is individuation—a lifelong process of psychological development and self-realization that involves integrating conscious and unconscious aspects of the personality to achieve wholeness.

Key Elements of Jungian Analysis
Exploring the depths of the psyche through symbolic and archetypal work
Dream Analysis
Working with dreams as messages from the unconscious, revealing hidden wisdom and guidance
Active Imagination
Engaging directly with unconscious content through imagination and creative expression
Archetypal Work
Understanding universal patterns and themes that shape human experience

The Process of Individuation
Individuation is Jung's term for the central process of human development— the journey toward psychological wholeness and authenticity. This is not about perfection, but about becoming more fully yourself.
Through analysis, we work to integrate the shadow (rejected or hidden aspects of personality), develop relationship with the anima/animus (contrasexual aspects), and connect with the Self (the organizing principle of the psyche).
This process often involves confronting difficult truths about ourselves while discovering hidden strengths and creative potentials we never knew existed.
